The MAC Method™

Three simple pillars that connect how you move your body to how you move through life.

M

Momentum

Get unstuck and stay in motion. We turn small, doable steps into real forward energy — the kind that carries into every part of your life.

A

Adaptability

Life changes the music on us all the time. Learn to pivot gracefully — adjusting your steps without ever losing your balance or your direction.

C

Connection

When your body, mind, goals, and daily actions all move together, everything feels lighter. That alignment is where confidence and results live.

How the method works

Which beat are you on right now?

Thirty years on the dance floor taught me this: every person — every team — is always navigating one of three things. Once you name which, you know exactly what to do next.

M

Momentum — when you've stalled

The energy's there, but it's not going anywhere. You're busy, maybe even exhausted, and still not moving forward. The work: turn motion into real momentum — small, doable steps that actually carry you somewhere.

A

Adaptability — when the music's changed

What used to work doesn't anymore. You can feel it if you slow down long enough to notice — you're still dancing to the old song. The work: learn to pivot without losing your footing, so a change in the music becomes a change of step, not a fall.

C

Connection — when you're out of sync

You're moving, maybe even moving well, but something's off — out of step with yourself, your people, or what you actually want. The work: get your body, mind, and goals moving together again. That alignment is where confidence and results live.

Most people think they have a motivation problem. Usually, they just haven't named which of the three they're in. That's where we start.
Find your rhythm

Momentum, Adaptability, Connection — one rhythm you return to.

These aren't steps you finish. They're a rhythm you come back to, again and again, for the rest of your life. Learn the three, and you'll always know how to find your way back into motion.

Want help keeping your rhythm between sessions? I'm building tools for exactly that — a journal and more, coming soon.

The story behind it

So, where did the MAC Method come from?

The honest answer? It came from my life. Here's how each piece found me.

M

Momentum

Momentum is my word of the year — and it stuck. The more I moved, the more I realized that movement isn't just physical. It's about moving forward, creating momentum with every pivot, every decision, every fresh start.

A

Adaptability

Adaptability is the key to longevity. That's not just a saying — it's my saying (and yes, I'm holding out for it to be famous one day). When I owned my personal training studio for clients over 40, my favorite thing was changing not just their bodies, but their minds. Adapt, and you last.

C

Connection

Connection — well, that's really what it's all about, isn't it? At work, at home, at play, on the dance floor, in life and family. Technology keeps changing the way we reach each other, but connection is the constant. It always has been.

And the name? Here's a true story: at my last corporate job, my rapper name was MaryMac. 🎤 So when these three words — Momentum, Adaptability, Connection — came together, well… the MAC Method practically named itself.
